Our food truck hoods are built in accordance with UL 710 standards. They are ETL listed to United States and Canada standards, built in accordance with NFPA 96 and ETL Sanitation listed which ensures they'll meet all fire code and insurance requirements.
Food truck and concession trailer hoods come in lengths from 4 to 10 feet long and 30” deep. The exhaust fans are “low profile” design used specifically for mobile kitchens and come with a speed control dial.
